Orders below the equivalent value of A$250 delivered internationally attract a fee of A$25. Your shipping address will be collected from PayPal. Products are accepted for refund if returned within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in the original packaging. Returns related to damage during shipping must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Returns for change of mind must be initiated and sent with tracking within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us via our website or call Customer Service to obtain a RAN. Please have your invoice available for reference.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for purchase within 3 business days of return delivery. There is no restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
