Free postage and packaging on all orders delivered within Australia and international orders over the equivalent value of A$250. Orders below the equivalent value of A$250 delivered internationally attract a fee of A$25. Your shipping address will be collected from PayPal. To combine shipping for orders of more than one gem please use the shopping cart or contact us.

Orders will be sent by Australia Post with tracking information available.

Products are accepted for refund if returned within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in the original packaging. Returns related to damage during shipping must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Returns for change of mind must be initiated and sent with tracking within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us via our website or call Customer Service to obtain a RAN. Please have your invoice available for reference.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for purchase within 3 business days of return delivery. There is no restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
